"Shatter the Glass Ceiling"
By Rita Hartney
A serious expose by a very dynamic woman. Rita Hartney has fulfilled many key roles in her working and business career. By no means a feminist by any criteria, Rita has researched into the lives of other successful women in the world. Using vibrant examples of their skills and abilities, she adroitly relates the slow but steady rise of women into major roles within the government and corporate world. The work presents more than just an argument as to why women can match the men and many instances outperform them. The book gives practical advice on how to shatter the glass ceiling, tidy up the mess and do it right. This book is destined to be on the Best Sellers List. Currently being completed, publication in 2002.
